Stephanie Nosan Beer, Real Estate and Marketing Manager

Stephanie Nosan Beer comes to Nosan Signature Homes after spending 4 years in NYC in the fashion/tech space and then another 2 years honing her real estate skills at The Taubman Company in Bloomfield Hills.  While the REIT space differs from residential real estate and construction, it opened Stephanie's eyes to the opportunity to shake things up from that traditional way residential real estate has been approached in recent history and she was excited to venture into this new role at Nosan Signature Homes.

Stephanie handles all of our real estate transactions, from buying/finding new sites, to working with buyers and buyers agents to sell spec and custom homes.  She loves working with buyers to figure out their exact needs and how Nosan Signature Homes design-build process can help them become more comfortable with the building process - from start to finish.  Stephanie also handles our marketing and social media efforts.  

Stephanie grew up in West Bloomfield, attended the University of Michigan, and lives in Bloomfield Hills with her husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs.
