Birmingham Historic Remodel
The owners of this 1800's historic home wanted to retain its character while giving it a gut remodel and large addition. The exterior of the home had to be kept in line with how it was before for historic designation purposes, however, the homeowners wanted to renovate the interior to meet their modern day needs while ensuring their home would look and function seamlessly with the existing house.
Bloomfield Hills Remodel
This stunning Bloomfield Hills retreat was gutted from top to bottom. We enhanced the spaces by replacing all the windows with gorgeous floor to ceiling options letting the natural light and beauty shine through. The owners love to entertain so large expansive areas were created both inside and out. We are thrilled with how this residence turned out!
