Meet Michelle Youngblood, our dedicated Communications and Scheduling Director. With a degree in communications from the University of Michigan, Michelle makes a strong addition to our team. Her operational background in commercial construction has equipped her with the skills to streamline projects and ensure efficient scheduling. Michelle is not only organized and professional, but also a natural problem solver who takes pride in overcoming challenges. She loves to help others and is committed to ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently, always ready to tackle our customer needs with a smile.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She loves to travel and will go anywhere that the sun is shining!
