Nosan Signature Homes builds custom homes on the client's lot or on land the
firm sources, and handles luxury remodels, additions and whole-home
renovations. The firm works on fixed-price, cost-plus and construction
management agreements, and offers open-book pricing in which costs, overhead
and target margin are disclosed to the client.

New construction typically starts around $800,000 excluding land. Large
renovations typically start at $400,000. Most projects fall between $400,000
and $2.5 million.
